Tom Topolski - Senior Construction Manager
Tom Topolski is an accomplished manager with more than 20 years of experience in project management, facilities operations, construction, design and development. As Senior Construction Manager with Garfield Traub, Mr. Topolski provides leadership to developments on-site by overseeing the construction process, including quality controls, to ensure the delivery of developments within time and cost schedules.
Prior to joining Garfield Traub, Mr. Topolski was the Vice President of Engineering, Construction Coordinator and Facility Operations Manager with JP Accelerator Works & International Isotopes Inc., in Denton, Texas, and Los Alamos, New Mexico. In this capacity, Mr. Topolski assembled and led a team of engineers and designers who designed and constructed office buildings, plant facilities and the machinery for producing pharmaceutical isotopes. He worked alongside numerous team partners to coordinate all phases of construction, occupancy, and operations for the new plant and facilities.
Prior to this, Mr. Topolski served General Atomics and Burns & Roe Construction as Design Team Group Leader and Technical Liaison. In this role, Mr. Topolski led a team of engineers and designers to develop building and machinery schematics for a Department of Defense tritium production facility at Savanna River, South Carolina.
During his career, Mr. Topolski also served as a project leader for the Accelerator Systems Division of the Superconducting Super Collider/URA in Dallas, Texas, and for the Accelerator and Research Division of Fermilab in Batavia, Illinois. For these projects, Mr. Topolski managed teams of engineers and technicians working to design equipment for the accelerator systems of these two companies.
Mr. Topolski holds a BSMET degree from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. He is a Master in Precision Alignment Systems.
