In short, we'll provide a complete turnkey finance, design-build solution. And we'll manage the process in a way that maximizes efficiency and transparency from start to finish.

Due to their wise counsel, we were able to design, build and finance the entire complex very efficiently, both in terms of dollars and time. The complete project was occupied approximately one year sooner that the County's original schedule
